Excellent Colombian shapewear for quinceañeras, weddings, baptisms, and more

Excellent original Colombian shapewear, great service, Alan helped us

I loved the girdle I bought, excellent, nothing to be desired. They have a great variety, good service, and are very responsible. I definitely recommend them; they're worth a visit.

I’m editing my review because the store owner wants to defend their actions. For the record, I should have turned around when I noticed the gate door was locked. I went inside the store specifically to buy a faja. They did take my measurements, but the faja was way too tight. I asked Rosa for a bigger size, but instead of getting me a bigger size, she forced the faja on me by pulling it out three times. Then, she suggested that I lay down on my back to flatten my stomach so that the faja wouldn’t fall backwards. I laughed it off, but I spent $225 on a tight faja that made it hard to breathe.

To make matters worse, they charged me $85 for a bra that I didn’t want. She just put it on me, and then she suggested that I wear these cushions to shape my sides. I’m guessing those were $65, since I paid a total of $380. She even had the audacity to ask for the tax, and I objected because I wasn’t paying with a credit card. I’m pretty sure she won’t report most of her Zelle transactions to the IRS since she doesn’t provide receipts.

As if that wasn’t enough, they didn’t even give me an explanation of their policies. As soon as I left, I called Rosa again to let her know that the faja was still too tight. She told me to give it three days, and it would stretch out. I gave it three days, but then I sent her a text asking for a refund. She asked me to pick up the garment so that she could put it on a mannequin. It was ridiculous that I should have to respond to an incompetent request.

Finally, I requested a $200 refund because Zelle is the only payment method they accept. Another red flag: these people are scammers who don’t care about their customers. They’re only interested in making money. Do not waste your time at this store.

I was only going for a Faja and was told she was going to give me a good discount, pull me aside for other people not to hear and was charge $320 for faja and a bra that I didn’t want and supposedly a free liquid soap for the garments. To …

If I could put 0 stars I would, came in a couple weeks after my surgery and customer service from Rosa was horrendous, she was talking bad about previous customers and then proceeded to talk bad about my body and then got mad once she realized she was not convincing me to buy from her , because of her attitude. I genuinely do not understand how this business stands with this type of customer service.

Excellent experience and excellent quality. The girdle is 100% Colombian, and what I liked most was the completely personalized attention. They take your measurements and help you choose the right girdle according to your body, your needs, and the stage of recovery you're in. It's not just about walking in and buying any girdle; they really take the time to guide you and find what works best for you.

They also explain how to use your girdle correctly and give you tips and recommendations to help you during your post-operative process, which made a huge difference for me.

The service was excellent, super friendly, attentive, and patient at all times. I felt very well taken care of and was very happy with my purchase and the quality of the girdle. 100% recommended. I would definitely buy from them again. ❤️

I went here looking for a Faja for an upcoming event I had. My family was with me. My measurements were taken and the women working made comments about my size. She brought one that fit and kept bring me more going down with my size encouraging me to jump up and down.
My family member started to try hers on.
I asked the price she told me it was $225 , when I hesitated she realized I wasn't expecting the price and became angry.
Said something about health reasons she wouldnt have let me try them on if I wasnt gonna buy. Then opened the door while my family member was half dressed in front of a male employee and was asking if she was going to by and made us leave. The night and day switch was unreal. Please do not support this store.

Great hospitality and great quality fajas

I was not sure what I needed since I've never owned a Faja Colombiana. At first look I was not convinced we were in the right place but we were pleasantly surprised. Hedman Allan was fabulous!! After I explained what I wanted he knew what I needed. He measured around my waist and hips. Selected two sizes. I tried the smaller but I'm on the heavier side and it would just not go past my thighs. I changed to the larger size and even though I struggled a bit I was able to get in. He said I did good but adjusted me even more and the final result was amazing. It honestly felt like I lost 3 to 4 inches. I even sat down bent forward and was completely comfortable in the faja. He explained how to take care of it and the benefits. I can't wait to come back and get a second one. Thank you!!!

The only good thing about this place is the service, but then I understood why, no matter how much I explained the procedure, it was unbelievable how they sweet-talk you into buying the most expensive compression garment for $170. What I never understood is why they remove the tag, and it seems like you're taking home a used garment. They keep all of it, saying it's for inventory. You buy something and they cut off the attached tag, so you don't know the size or instructions. I had to demand a photo via text, or I was going to come and get it. That compression garment. I couldn't use it. I had to buy one at the clinic the same day as the liposuction because they immediately told me it wasn't the right garment for that. But the woman kept repeating that she was an expert, that it was, and was, and was. No matter how much I told her I needed shorts, the woman just kept confusing me. I ended up buying the one she wanted because it cost more. The original one at the clinic, without any alterations, came in its own bag with everything, for $80. And I paid double for one that doesn't even fit me. The only thing I recommend is that if you go, buy what you want and stick to it without listening to other people's experiences. Don't buy anything else, or buy it at the clinic itself. I swore it would be cheaper, but it turned out to be extremely expensive.

I do not recommend Faja’s Colombianas R&R.

On July 14, 2025, I purchased 2 fajas, waist foam, and a bra totaling over $550. I left the store wearing a black Stage 1 faja and was promised a free alteration if I purchased 2 fajas, so I also bought a beige Stage 2 faja to wear later. I was also told I’d receive a special soap to wash the fajas but never received it.

The fajas are extremely overpriced compared to the exact same brand (Forma Tu Cuerpo) available directly on their website. Worse, after wearing the beige faja for just one day, the button on the sanitary liner area broke off. I never even examined this faja in the store, so it was clearly defective from the start—something that should never happen with a $200 garment.

On August 2, I dropped the faja off for the promised alteration and for the defective button to be repaired. I even noted this in writing and texted the owner. On August 9, I was told it was ready, but the button wasn’t repaired. I was later told it was sent back again and just picked it up today. Unfortunately, the button immediately popped off again and the faja was still not altered as promised.

This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and expensive experience. I was sold a defective product, did not receive the service I was promised, and paid far more than I should have. I regret spending my money here and would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere to save money and avoid the same issues.
